Acceptance of terms

By interacting with the services, you declare that you have read and fully accepted these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any condition, stop using the platform.

Definitions

• Malycia: Souls Tecnologia e Inovacao, including affiliates, successors, assignees, and subcontractors.
• User: a person who interacts with Malycia or uses the services.
• Services: functionalities offered through the application for conversation management.
• User Account: an account created to use the platform services.
• Access Device: the mobile phone or computer used to access the services.
• AI: the proprietary system that interprets messages and automates submitted records.

Registration and use

To access the services, the user must register with full name, phone number, and password (email optional). Some WhatsApp features may work partially without registration.

The user declares to be at least 18 years old, commits to providing truthful information, keeping the password secure, and reporting unauthorized access.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

• Monthly subscription plans, as described at the time of contracting.
• Recurring billing according to the selected plan.
• Right of withdrawal within 7 calendar days of contracting, with full refund.
• After the legal period, cancellation may be requested through the Malycia Panel.
• On the monthly plan, access remains active until the end of the paid period, with no proportional refund.

Nature of the service and use of artificial intelligence

Malycia is an AI-based support tool created to organize engaging conversations.

Suggestions may contain limitations, inaccuracies, or automatic interpretations and do not constitute personalized professional advice.

The user is responsible for evaluating whether the guidance fits their own context.

Electronic records

Access logs, interactions, digital acceptances, date, time, and IP address may be used as valid evidence for contractual, administrative, and judicial purposes, according to applicable law.

Suspension and account termination

Malycia may suspend or terminate the account in case of improper use, violation of these Terms, attempted fraud, or legal noncompliance, without generating compensation or refund.

Changes, governing law, and venue

The platform may change these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of updated versions.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, with venue in Sao Paulo, SP.
