This Policy describes how Malycia App handles personal data. Use of the platform assumes that the user has read and accepted the Terms of Use and this Policy at the time of contracting, through express acceptance in the platform flow.

  • Companion personality

b) Collected automatically

  • Message date and time
  • Unique account identifier
  • Web panel usage data

1.1 Sensitive data

Some provided data may be considered sensitive. In these cases, processing occurs with reinforced security measures and only for the purposes of this Policy.

  • Generate personalized replies
  • Interpret messages with artificial intelligence

2.1 Legal bases (LGPD)

Personal data processing occurs in accordance with Law No. 13.709/2018 (LGPD), especially under the legal bases of contract execution and preliminary procedures, compliance with legal or regulatory obligations, legitimate interest for security and service improvement, and consent when necessary.

We may share data with operators and partners necessary for the service operation, always under confidentiality and security agreements, such as:

  • Infrastructure (hosting, database, monitoring, and backup)
  • Messaging and WhatsApp integration (official API)
  • Support and customer care
  • Payment processors and antifraud providers, when applicable

Sharing may also occur to comply with legal obligations, exercise rights, prevent fraud, and protect the rights of the platform and its users.

We use the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API to:

  • Send and receive messages
  • Automate records

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the session authenticated, remember preferences, and improve experience and security. Disabling cookies in the browser may affect the panel functionality.

This Policy may be updated. Changes will be communicated through the website or official WhatsApp.
